PRESS RELEASE For Immediate Release SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT ASKING FOR PUBLIC’S HELP IN LOCATING MISSING PERSON March 23, 2009 |

NEWMAN, CA - The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating a missing person. Mario Raul TAGRE, 54-years-old of Modesto, was reported missing Saturday night by his family. Family members told deputies that TAGRE went fishing at the Delta-Mendota Canal near the City of Newman after work on Saturday morning. When TAGRE did not come home Saturday, the family contacted the police to make a missing persons report. TAGRE’s vehicle was located near the Delta-Mendota Canal with fishing equipment inside.
