On February 1998, a security guard at the El Tapatio Bar broke up a fight in the bar between Mr. Zuniga and another patron.  Mr. Zuniga was told to leave the bar.  Later when the bar was closing, Zuniga returned with a gun.  He fired several shots at the security guard who was not injured in the attack.

The Stanislaus Sheriff's Office holds an outstanding warrant of arrest for Mr. Zuniga issued by Judge Siefkin of the Stanislaus Municipal Court on 5-11-98 on charges of  245(a) (1), 245(a) (2), and 246 PC. 

Do not attempt to apprehend this suspect.
